Confidentiality shapes the whole design. We limit what information any AI system can access, use business-grade AI services configured so your data isn't used to train public models, and keep sensitive material within systems you control wherever possible. We walk through your firm's professional obligations with you during the assessment and design to them.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. Client-facing assistants are limited to intake, scheduling, and general firm information, and they say clearly that they aren't attorneys. Internally, AI produces drafts and summaries for a lawyer to review. A licensed attorney always makes the legal judgments.
What about accuracy? We've all heard about AI making things up.
It's a real risk, and we design for it. We build systems that work from your actual documents and cite where each answer came from, so everything is checkable, and we keep attorney review in the loop for anything that matters. We don't build tools that send unverified AI output out the door.
